Chris Hopwood

Founder

Chris started the firm with one clear mission: to make accounting less intimidating and more empowering for business owners. He loves helping clients tackle everyday challenges and achieve their big-picture goals—preferably over a good cup of coffee. Always up for a chat, Chris believes the best solutions come from great conversations.

When he’s not crunching numbers, you’ll find him on the golf course trying to perfect his swing or cycling through the countryside.

Oliver Sullivan

CLIENT MANAGER

Ollie joined the firm with over 10 years’ experience in accountancy and joined the firm in July 2024. He is ACA qualified and has worked with clients of all sizes across a wide range of industries. He brings a wealth of audit experience to support our larger clients and has in-depth knowledge of a range of cloud accounting software. Ollie enjoys getting to know clients, building strong relationships, and becoming a trusted, integral part of their business.

Outside of work Ollie enjoys going to the gym, watching football, Thai boxing, and spending time with his family.

Beth Lynch

DIGITAL ACCOUNTANT

Beth joined the firm in 2022, but has been working in accounting since 2016 after starting out as a school leaver. Beth supports clients, acting as an extension of their business, taking care of the day-to-day finances — from bookkeeping and VAT returns to payment runs, year end preparation and all round finance support.

Beth enjoys building great relationships with clients, speaking to most of them weekly. There’s always time for a catch-up about weekends, holidays, or putting the world to rights — all while keeping their finances in check.

Winnie

Furnancial analyst

Winnie keeps a keen nose on the numbers, digging into data and forecasting trends. By analysing performance, spotting opportunities, and flagging risks early, she helps the firm make smart, sustainable financial decisions that keep the whole pack thriving.

Winnie enjoys tracking down insights hidden deep in the spreadsheets, turning complex figures into clear recommendations, and knowing her work helps everyone fetch better results.
